The Real Estate Department of Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo (MRCL&A) is chaired and managed by Senior Partner Lance E. Armo. Lance has practiced as a real estate broker for over 20 years and has devoted his legal practice primarily to real estate matters and disputes.

Land use, development, zoning, easements, building code and administrative enforcement, agent and broker disputes, contracts and commercial and residential conveyances are many of the areas the firm's real estate department handles.
