Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo has been representing the interests of public entities in litigated matters for many years.  Our Public Entity department offers high quality legal services for a myriad of public entities, including municipalities, school districts, water districts, and various other entities.  Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo attorneys have successfully litigated cases on behalf of public entities in the areas of Civil Rights (42 U.S.C. §1983), Wrongful Termination, Inverse Condemnation, Dangerous Conditions, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
