Probate and Estates

The Probate Department of Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo is chaired and managed by Senior Partner Lance E. Armo. Probates, summary administrations (i.e. estates under $100,000), will and trust preparation, complex estate planning, trust administration and accountings, guardianships, and conveyances of real estate of a deceased are many of the areas our probate department handles.

Our firm is conveniently located outside the door of the Fresno County Superior Court Probate Department. Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo's probate department staff regularly attends continuing education and development involving the latest issues and trends of probate and estate planning.
