The Agriculture Department of Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo is known for its aggressive and professional representation of its clients in this specialty area of the law. The firm regularly assists growers, pesticide advisers/applicators, and agricultural producers in the prosecution and defense of crop loss cases.

The members of the Agriculture Department through their experience, and the experience of outside consultants, evaluate the individual claims of a particular matter to determine the proper herbicide/pesticide application technique, analysis of the interaction of various chemical agents upon different crops, evaluation of various crop markets as they relate to the damages claimed, and all other agriculture related litigation matters.
