Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo’s Seattle office is located in the Columbia Center in the heart of the Downtown Civic Center, adjacent to both the state and federal courthouses. The Seattle office serves our clients’ legal needs throughout the entire state of Washington.

In addition to providing full civil litigation services, the Seattle office maintains a construction defect department which provides legal services to a full array of clients associated with the construction industry, including developers, builders and subcontractors.
